Each Saturday from noon to 1PM, The Big Talker 1210 presents Legal Perspectives, an hour long program focusing on many areas of law and the legal system. Each week, a different law firm will focus on their area of expertise while educating and assisting the Big Talker audience with legal matters and questions of their own. Legal Perspectives topics will range from real estate to divorce law and personal injury to business compliance law. No area of law is out of bounds.

Mr. Graber is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Supreme Court of the United States, and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions.
A cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Mr. Graber is a member of many legal and professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He is also an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy of the American Association for Justice.
Michael A. Ferrara, Jr. has been an attorney since 1972. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Federal Courts. He is certified by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He is the founder and former chair of the Association of Trial Attorneys of American - New Jersey Legal PAC, the lawyer’s political action committee.
He is past president of the Association of Trial Attorneys of American - New Jersey, a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) a Master of the Camden Inns of Court, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a past president and current trustee of the Civil Justice Foundation. Stephen Karp is a graduate of Penn State University and Villanova University School of Law. Since 1974 he has represented accident victims injured as a result of automobile accidents or due to the medical negligence of doctors and hospitals. He has practiced before Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts and has lectured to the public and fellow attorneys in the areas of personal injury law, medical malpractice and insurance coverage. He also lectures to Villanova Law School students on trial tactics and expert witnesses.
Mr. Karp has a long career as a host in talk radio related to the law. He began his career as the host of a legal talk show on WWDB radio. For nineteen years he hosted, “Legal Talk” on WCOJ 1420 AM in Chester County. Legal Talk was the longest running legal radio talk show in America. Mr. Karp now hosts a new show, “Legal Perspectives”, on the “Big Talker”, 1210 AM in Philadelphia. Legal Perspectives provides the opportunity for the public to receive free legal advice; to be educated about the role of trial lawyers and to learn about their rights to civil justice in our country.
