In The Last Lecture, Wall Street Journal writer and columnist Jeffrey Zaslow worked with Randy Pausch to combine the humor, inspiration and intelligence of his lecture and give it an ineradicable form that will allow Pausch’s inspirational words to be shared for generations to come. Although Pausch had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer, his lecture was not about dying. Instead, he spoke about living. His lecture was about the importance of overcoming obstacles, of enabling the dreams of others, and of seizing every possible moment. His moving words stirred the audience and fueled worldwide interest in the lecture.
